The Art of

Anterior Composites

Every single dentist wants to create that perfect anterior direct composite restoration.

However, making these composites look Naturally beautiful and life like is the most difficult leaving many clinicians wondering where they went wrong.

The key points taught and reiterated throughout the course include:

- Shape. How to get the right shape. If the shape is wrong, then no matter how well you follow the rest of the steps, your composite will look wrong

- Line angles. Where to put them and why. If these don't match, they affect the symmetry of the smile

- Colour and layers. How do you match your the colours in your restoration to match the natural tooth? Lots of companies now tell you that you can often get away with a single shade composite which possesses all the characteristics that your composite will require. Yes, if you want a monotone, lifeless looking teeth.

- Finishing and polishing. What are the steps involved and how do we manage to get a natural lifelike finish.

- Clincial Photography. How to capture the results that you are producing in the best possible manner.

- Rubber Dam Isolation. What are the ways in which you isolate the teeth you are working on? Do you isolate at all?

Dr Vishaal Shah (Vish) has spent years learning and refining his techniques. He has attended almost every course there is out there in this domain and found that every course he attended seemed to be missing something. BUT he picked up a little nugget every time he attended.

After more than two years of planning how to give his delegates the best possible experience, Vish has brought together everything he has learnt in the form of a two day INTENSIVE hands on course where he promises to deliver enjoyment in the construction of artistic and natural looking composites and gives you the knowledge and techniques so will be able to you to produce restorations like you aspire to.

Who is this Course for?

Anyone who wants to “Level Up” their anterior composites beyond what they imagined they were capable of.

Vish says:

“Anterior composites are not as simple as you may think. Rushing them means that you can overlook the finer intricacies which can affect your results. I don’t want large groups of people, my groups will be limited to a maximum of 15 delegates at a time so that I have the time to ensure that everyone gets the best support.”
